UK’s Pacific Property Lauds Teleperformance Nanning Site for Best Design
Teleperformance’s contact center in Nanning, China, received the highly-respected 2016-2017 Award of Office Interior in China given by the Asia-Pacific Property Awards, a UK organization. The award was also given in association with the Telegraph.
In the Asia-Pacific regional competition, the Teleperformance Nanning contact center was recognized among a select group of companies as a winning project with the highest design qualities. The judging panel consisted of more than 70 global experts and was chaired by three active House of Lords members from the UK Parliament: Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Loud Courtown.
The entire contact center was designed in a modern, colorful tone that delivers a relaxed but highly efficient work environment. Vibrant colors enhance spatial quality and stimulate high energy, while soft lighting provides a relaxing, calming ambiance to foster work productivity. Breakout spaces have airy ceilings that allow natural daylight through tall windows. The entire space also promotes two-way communication and knowledge sharing in its design qualities. The layout allows for ideal traffic circulation with a good balance between maintaining privacy, and promoting teamwork and information sharing in a pleasant atmosphere.
As a people company, we recognize the importance of having a work environment that is not only functional and efficient, but that also fosters wellness and employee satisfaction. This site is built to our highest global design and ergonomic standards.
We are proud of this wonderful international recognition. We look to continue to deliver both design and operational excellence in the projects ahead as we continue to grow our presence and expertise in China.
